1) Tenaciousness
is a competency.
I think the key thing to
do well in this course is staying organized. Missing just one assignment can really
hurt your grade. Because of this, I’ve put assignment deadlines in my calendar.
I also plan ahead and dedicate a certain amount of time each week to get my
work done.
2) Tenaciousness
is also about attitude.
I felt like giving up my Junior
fall semester. I was taking my hardest classes that semester while holding demanding
leadership positions and searching for summer internships. I wasn’t feeding
myself enough and had accumulated a massive sleep debt. What helped me get through this time was knowing that it was a temporary moment in my life and the support of friends and family.
3) Three
tips. What are three tips you would offer next semester's student
about (1) fostering the skills that support tenacity and (2) developing the
'tenacious mindset' ?
Tip 1: For this class, try
and do your assignments ahead of time rather than waiting till the last minute.
Especially because assignments are due at noon.
Tip 2: Make a schedule
and do your best to stick to it, even when you don’t feel like it.
Tip 3: Learn how to deal with failure and rejection because it's a part of life.

Good evening Ana, your blog on this once was great and very inspiring to say the least. Tenaciousness Is surely about attitude, if you really want to achieve something worthwhile you have to want to do have a good attitude and enjoy doing it at the same time. I also admire the picture you posted, as I contemplated about putting that as well.
